Turning it up a couple notches at the Hirshhorn

America's front yard could -- and should -- be a noisier place, and the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden will do its part to spike the decibels on the Mall by reviving "After Hours," a series of musical performances hosted beneath our city's most beautiful Brutalist Cheerio.
